As a pet shop owner, you can:

• Grow your business by placing advertisements in newspapers, on television, or on the radio. You can even put your store's logo on a professional race car!
• Keep your pets healthy and your customers happy by hiring qualified employees!
• Keep your employees happy — if you don't, they may bolt to the competition!
• Raid your competitor's staff! Maybe another store's employees would rather work for you!
• Blast your opponent with negative advertising! Who wants to stay positive all the time?
• Sue the jerk who just blasted you with negative advertising. Just make sure you have good lawyers!
• Keep control of your public image. The lower it is, the fewer customers will head for your store. If it hits rock bottom, your entire staff will quit!

Of course, if things really fall apart, you can always go to work as an animal control officer!
